Noble Floor

Your accomodation here, into a magical place.

Welcome

In front of the stunning Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, in the heart of the historic center of Giovinazzo and a few steps from the sea, stands the majestic Palazzo Framarino dei Malatesta. Dating from the 14th and 19th centuries, it is one of the city’s most admired buildings.

The interiors, leading directly from the decorated lobby where the last family carriage is exposed, maintain a neoclassical style. They are composed by empire style furniture, tapestries and portraits of the most important family representative. The frescoes celebrate historical family events.

You will have exclusive access to the entire Noble Floor — a private, fully independent wing of the Palazzo reserved only for you and your group (up to 6 guests).

Although the Palazzo is still inhabited by the family, your spaces are completely separate. The only shared areas are the grand entrance hall and the reception salons, which reflect the grandeur of this historic home.

One member of the family lives in a discreet, non-accessible area of the Palazzo. This ensures both your privacy and the supervision needed to preserve the building’s historical integrity — it’s part of what makes this experience truly authentic and secure.

The Framarino dei Malatesta family hosts only one client or group at a time, ensuring that you will be the exclusive guests. The interiors, accessible through a grand entrance hall adorned with one of the family’s historic carriages, retain the essence of Neoclassical style. The spaces are enriched with tapestries, Empire-style furniture, and portraits of the family’s most illustrious members. The frescoes in the salons celebrate the most significant historical events of the family.

Guests have private access to all their reserved rooms, including the kitchen, and share access with the Framarino dei Malatesta family to the elegant common reception rooms and some terraces of the Palazzo.

The Framarino dei Malatesta family shares and co-lives this wonderful space with the aim of ensuring a pleasant stay for guests from all over the world and preserving it in the best possible way. Therefore, there are some important rules to follow. Please take your time and read carefully before making a reservation.
